History:
A woman, the ocean and a boat. American oceanographer Terry Brown crossed the Sargasso Sea alone aboard her small boat, the Mistral, during her solo explorations of the abyssal depths. A storm left her stranded on an island in Bermuda for four weeks, during which time she managed to repair her boat and set sail again on her own. Our Mistral is inspired by that combative and adventurous spirit, coming together in a robust, aromatic and bitter double IPA, with powerful citrus and tropical fruit on the palate thanks to New World hops. A powerfully feminine beer that steps into the future without losing an ounce of authenticity. And remember: if the wind is not in your favour, adjust the sails.

Clear honey-coloured beer with a white, compact and persistent head.

Nose:
Fresh and pleasant aroma of tropical fruit and stone fruits.

Taste:
Bitter and very intense beer, with powerful citrus and tropical fruit flavours in balance with the malt game.
